Sample Case Study

An emerging digital agency received an RFP from a national beverage brand looking to refresh their social media strategy.

Though excited by the opportunity, they were unsure if they had the right experience to compete against larger agencies. Using the RFP Checkup, they discovered their agency's focus on Gen Z audiences aligned perfectly with the brand's needs—something not explicitly stated in the RFP but revealed through the platform's analysis.

The project helped them identify this strength, configure the right team, and develop strategic questions that demonstrated their market understanding. The result? They made the shortlist despite being the smallest agency invited to pitch.
